Purpose of This Section<\/h2>

This section provides a centralized reference to key imaging studies and diagnostic reports<\/strong>, summarized factually to support independent clinical review. Imaging summaries do not replace evaluation of original reports or images.<\/p>

Neuroimaging<\/h2>

Brain MRI (Serial Studies, With and Without Contrast)<\/h3>

  • Periventricular and subcortical white matter hyperintensities<\/strong> consistent with demyelinating disease<\/p><\/li>

  • Interval progression of lesion burden across serial studies<\/p><\/li>

  • No consistent evidence of active demyelination on recent imaging<\/p><\/li>

  • Stable left middle cranial fossa meningioma<\/strong>, under radiographic surveillance<\/p><\/li>

  • Stable punctate focus of enhancement in the right Meckel\u2019s cave<\/strong>, likely representing a tiny schwannoma or meningioma<\/strong>, under surveillance<\/p><\/li>

  • No mass effect, midline shift, or acute intracranial abnormality identified<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    These intracranial findings are anatomically distinct from the pituitary macroadenoma and are monitored independently.<\/p><\/blockquote>

    Spinal Imaging<\/h2>

    Cervical Spine MRI<\/h3>

    • Postsurgical changes from C5\u2013C7 anterior cervical discectomy and fusion<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    • Multilevel disc bulging and spondylotic changes<\/p><\/li>

    • Mild to moderate thecal sac and foraminal narrowing at select levels<\/p><\/li>

    • No convincing demyelinating lesions identified within the cervical spinal cord<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Thoracic Spine MRI<\/h3>

      • Mild multilevel degenerative changes<\/p><\/li>

      • No abnormal cord signal or enhancement<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Lumbar Spine MRI<\/h3>

        • Mild degenerative disc disease, most notable at L5\u2013S1<\/p><\/li>

        • Mild facet arthropathy<\/p><\/li>

        • No significant spinal canal stenosis or nerve root compression<\/p><\/li>

        • Incidental benign intraosseous hemangioma identified<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Endocrine Imaging<\/h2>

          Pituitary MRI<\/h3>

          • Preoperative imaging demonstrated pituitary macroadenoma with growth hormone excess<\/p><\/li>

          • Postoperative imaging confirmed successful resection<\/p><\/li>

          • No evidence of recurrent pituitary mass on follow-up studies<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Cardiovascular and Autonomic Testing<\/h2>

            Transthoracic Echocardiogram<\/h3>

            • Normal cardiac structure and systolic function<\/p><\/li>

            • Normal left ventricular ejection fraction<\/p><\/li>

            • No significant valvular disease<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              Tilt-Table Testing<\/h3>

              • Mild transient blood pressure changes during upright positioning<\/p><\/li>

              • Symptoms reproduced without arrhythmia<\/p><\/li>

              • Findings not diagnostic for classic neurocardiogenic syncope<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                Imaging Summary<\/h2>

                Across studies, imaging demonstrates:<\/p>

                • Objective evidence of central nervous system demyelination with progression over time<\/p><\/li>

                • Multiple stable intracranial lesions<\/strong> under surveillance<\/p><\/li>

                • Structural spinal disease without clear cord-level demyelination<\/p><\/li>

                • Endocrine pathology successfully addressed surgically<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
